All payments made for digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Web Design, etc.) are non-refundable once the service or campaign is initiated.

We do not guarantee specific results such as keyword rankings, lead volume, or sales, as these depend on multiple external factors.
 

 2. Valid Refund Scenarios

A partial or full refund may be granted in the following cases:

Duplicate payment due to technical error

Payment made but services were not initiated within 15 business days

Cancellation request made before campaign setup begins and before any work is done

All valid refund requests must be submitted in writing to bravantaservicesprtlid@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.
 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after campaign or service has started

Delays caused by client-side in providing content, access, or approvals

Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations not agreed upon in writing

Paid Ads budget spent on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) is not refundable under any circumstances
 

 4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 working days.
